Our 2nd stay here, excellent as our previous visit . Large clean room , great shower & lovely white fluffy towels. Food excellent in the restaurant Friendly happy staff
Four stars for me; the fecal deposit in the loo looked like the legacy of being habitually missed by the cleaning staff. Quite a way back, near the start of the u-bend, but there never the less. A shame, because otherwise the cleanliness in the room was excellent. I wasn't keen on the two single beds pushed together, with the resultant necessity of essentially sleeping in a single bed, because the central gap was too pronounced. I chose not to eat at Kings Chamber gastro-pub, because when I chose a table, which had ostensibly been cleaned, there were very clear food stains on it and the table was very sticky. There are plenty of positives here. Hence the four stars. Service is great, a corporate eye for a good customer experience is evident. Convenience for the motorway network is an easy five-star rating. So too is convenience for eateries and good on-the-fly shopping. I am debating wether or not I will return, because of the single beds and the fecal deposit build-up.
Fantastic hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and laid out in a great way for a family of 4. Added benefit of having the pub/restaurant within walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great 2 nights stay and the kids really enjoyed it.
Nice clean rooms to stay over. Food was lovely. Linzi was serving us at breakfast and she was a lovely friendly lady. An asset to her company.
Lovely fresh clean room. Updated since last stay. Very comfy and slept well. Very quiet. Had a meal in the pub with friends which was really nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be back.
We had stayed in 4 hotels that week while on our travels and the room was by far the most well maintained and clean. The value for money was excellent..staff were polite and friendly. It was great having single beds for the two children in the family room. Thank you.
Great place for a stop over and a decent attached pub with good food and breakfast. Location was ideal just off motorway but quiet. Room was standard for these places but spotless clean and comfortable bed.
Always very consistent, staff are outstanding and I cannot fault the food. As I am a vegan, I always find something nice to eat. The rooms are always clean and warm. I cannot fault the price, it certainly is good value for money.
